Ray
Albensi,
MS, ATC/L,
(Georgetown, KY), is a 1988 graduate of Penn State University,
obtained a Master’s Degree in Athletic Training in 1992 from West
Virginia University, and a second Master’s Degree in Health
Administration from the University of Kentucky. Ray has provided
injury prevention services to industry since 1997. |

Joe Blauser,
MS ATC, (Parkersburg, WV) is a 1991 graduate of Salisbury University with degrees in Biological Science and Physical Education emphasis Athletic Training, and received his Masters Degree from Marshall University in Sports Medicine in 1993. Joe has an extensive background in injury recognition, management and rehabilitation having worked in the high school, collegiate and clinical settings for 16 years. He has also served on the Executive Committee of the WV Athletic Trainers Association for 8 years and will serve as President of the organization from 2008-2010.

Amy Hancock,
ATC/L,
is a graduate of Southern Illinois University with a
Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education with a
specialization in Athletic Training. She graduated May of
2001 and began her career in the industrial setting of
Tennessee Valley Authority Fossil Plant located in beautiful
Tennessee. During that time she was actively involved in
ergonomic assessments, accident analyses, wellness programs,
interlocking audits, home exercise programs and was
responsible for evaluation of all musculoskeletal injuries
for the TVA employees, retirees and dependents in addition
to rehabilitation of those injuries. |

Glen Hunt,
BS, ATC/L, PTA, CEAS (Charlotte, NC.) is a 1994 graduate from Eastern Illinois University and received his PTA degree from Arapahoe Community College in 2004. Upon graduation, he worked in an outpatient physical therapy clinic while performing outreach athletic training services to local high schools, small colleges, and also worked on the Senior Professional Tennis Tour. Glen was the director of Sports Medicine Services for the American LeMans Series in 2001. Glen is a certified member of the National Athletic Trainers Association, and is also a Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist with the Back School of Atlanta. |

Middlesworth,
MS, ATC/L, CEES (Sweetser, Indiana) is a 1982 Purdue University athletic training graduate, and received his Master’s Degree in 1983 from Syracuse University. Mark has been directing workplace injury prevention services since 1988. Mark is a Certified Ergonomics Evaluation Specialist, and is the founder of Ergonomics Plus, Inc. |

Jill Ramirez, KT, ATC/L, (New Lenox, IL), is a graduate of the University of Illinois - Chicago, with a double BS degree in Kinesiotherapy (1995) and Athletic Training (1996). Jill has spent over 10 years providing physical rehabilitation and implementing prevention programs both on the field and in the field for students, adults, and in industry.

Cristie Rans, ATC/L, NSCA Cert. Personal Trainer, (Lucerne, IN) is a graduate of PURDUE UNIVERSITY with a Bachelor's Degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training and a Bachelor's Degree in Movement/Sports Science with a minor in Psychology. Upon graduation in May 1993, she has been providing rehabilitation to athletes as well as industry, fitness at various levels, and injury prevention services. |

Al Shuford, M.Ed., ATC/L, (Charlotte, NC) is a 1981 graduate of Campbell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education. Al earned his Masters Degree in Education from The Citadel in 1983. He has worked as athletic trainer for the NFL’s Carolina Panthers Football Team and as a Sports Medicine Consultant for Joe Gibbs Racing of NASCAR. Al is a certified member of the National Athletic Trainers Association and National Council for Strength & Fitness. He also serves on the Motorsports Advisory Council, a minority development program with North Carolina A&T State University School of Engineering. |

Alison Van Gorp, MPA, ATC/L, CSCS, (Nashville, TN) is a 2001 graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, earning a Bachelor's degree in Athletic Training. She earned a Master's degree is Public Administration, with an emphasis in Health Administration, from Drake University in Des Moines, Iowa, in 2003. She holds certifications from the National Athletic Trainer's Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association. |
